How to place an order?
The way of ordering fusion hair extensions & accessories at our company is the following: you tell us what you need, we confirm the quantity, then we send you an invoice with your customer number. As soon as your payment come we'll ship your ordered products. For all orders when payment is not made within 10 days after placing, our company can cancel them or change the price without notice.

What is your delivery time?
Upon payment, we will deliver your goods immediately. Wholesale orders for fusion hair extensions may take from 3 to 4 weeks depending on our product stock.

What kind of payments to you accept?
For all orders we accept only the following way of payment:
1.by deposit the money to our company account, 2. by Paypal, 3. by money order.

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the quality on the whole we can take the hair back but only the full quantity in accordance to an order. No partial returns will be accepted. It means you cannot pick and choose the hair from the quantity you received. Please, pay attention that fusion hair extensions which have been chemically treated or processed by the customer in any ways cannot be returned. All complaints must be addressed within 7 business days after receiving the hair. We highly recommend that upon receipt of your order, please shampoo and condition to verify quality of hair extensions.
